Our responsible gaming program aims to prevent and minimize potential gambling-related harm.
Our Commitment
Caesars Windsor adheres to all Ontario responsible gaming regulations and implements comprehensive measures to:
- Promote responsible gaming awareness
- Prevent underage gambling
- Identify and assist patrons who may exhibit signs of problem gambling
- Provide a supportive environment for those seeking help
Self-Exclusion Program
We offer a voluntary Self-Exclusion Program for those who wish to restrict their access to our gaming facilities:
- Available for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or indefinite periods
- Enrollment can be completed with a Responsible Gaming Resource Center staff member
- Self-excluded individuals are removed from marketing databases
- Re-entry to gaming facilities during the exclusion period is not permitted and may result in trespassing charges
GameSense Information Center
Located on the gaming floor, our GameSense Information Center is staffed by trained Responsible Gaming Advisors who:
- Provide information about game odds and how games work
- Offer strategies for keeping gambling a form of entertainment
- Assist with enrollment in self-exclusion programs
- Connect guests with support resources
- Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 1 AM; Friday and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 AM

Age Verification
Caesars Windsor strictly enforces Ontario’s legal gambling age of 19 years:
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required to enter gaming areas
- Staff are trained to request ID from anyone who appears under 25 years of age
- Underage individuals are prohibited from entering gaming areas
- Parents/guardians should not leave minors unattended in non-gaming areas
Staff Training
All Caesars Windsor employees receive mandatory responsible gaming training that includes:
- Recognizing signs of potential problem gambling
- Understanding available resources and support services
- Appropriate intervention procedures
- Regular refresher training sessions
Responsible Marketing
Our advertising and marketing materials:
- Do not target vulnerable populations or minors
- Provide accurate information about gambling odds and outcomes
- Include responsible gaming messaging and support resources
- Comply with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario guidelines
