Caesars Windsor Casino Promotions and Multipliers
Each month, our promotions change up. For example, April brings the $50,000 Giveaway: swipe your card at a Promotions Kiosk every day to keep adding entries, from 9 AM to 9 PM. Visit once, or return each day, no restriction on playing style. The more days, the more chances, that’s how it goes.

For those who want even more, the Caesars Rewards Visa Signature Credit Card brings extra credits for daily spending, including 20,000 bonus Reward Credits and 2,500 Tier Credits when you meet off-property spend in the first months. Everyday purchases, dinner out, or regular shopping all contribute if you’re looking to ramp up fast.
Getting the Most from Multipliers
Those multiplier windows don’t last forever. Plan your video poker or e-table play around 5X days to see the difference. Watch the daily cap: 75,000 credits max per day. So, it’s better to spread out sessions if you like chasing the higher rates.
Some game types do better in multiplier promos, so double check if your go-to machine is part of the list. Traditional slots sometimes aren’t included.
Redeeming Credits for Benefits and Comps
Once you have enough credits, you can use them for comps – meals, hotel discounts, concert tickets, spa sessions, you pick. Essential Details About Our Property
Caesars Windsor runs 758 hotel rooms on 26 floors, 85 tables, and 2,600 slots, with that Detroit River view always there. The bigger venue opened in 1998, and upgrades over time added restaurants, more gaming options, The Colosseum and meeting spaces.
Choose Neros Steakhouse, Johnny Rockets or somewhere in between. After gaming hours, check one of our lounges or bars – there are four around the property. Hotel guests access the pool and saunas; they’re open early to late.
Artists visit for shows — one month could have Paul Anka, next month something totally different. Ticket comps sometimes bundle with hotel deals or credits if timing is right.
Access and Parking
Parking is under construction until later in 2026, so be ready for that. We’ve arranged for free city parking on weekends at nearby lots. Ride-share is also an option, up to you. Signs on property will keep you updated on which areas are available.
Caesars Rewards App and Digital Features
The Caesars Rewards App pulls together your offers, points, promos, and status — straight to your phone. Track credits, switch on notifications for promotions, check a property calendar and sync your visit plans to get the most benefit each time.
Plus, you can link your Caesars Sportsbook account for credit earning through legal sports betting in Ontario, though rates change by sport or stake.
Room Packages and Booking Benefits
Booking direct means, well, exclusive rates through the Caesars Rewards program. New members grab up to 15% off standard rooms. Package deals combine rooms, meal credits, sometimes tickets or bonus credits – better than splitting everything apart.
Normal check-in is 4 PM, check out by 11 AM. Early or late? Sometimes it’s possible, especially for elite members or if you’re trading some credits. Every booking needs a $200 deposit with a nightly resort fee, charged in Canadian dollars.
Security and Age Rules
Bring a government ID to sign up – Ontario law says 19+ only for casino, pool, gym, everything. Always use your physical card for earning, digital cards aren’t valid for casino play.
Redemptions above a certain value, or account changes, need a PIN, set up at enrollment. And for those who got notified in fall 2023 – yes, there was a security issue across Caesars accounts, handled with support and identity protection.
