Caesars Windsor App - Download, Setup and Betting
What You Can Do with Our App
The Caesars Windsor app goes hand in hand with the Caesars Sportsbook Ontario platform. It’s the official option for those living in Ontario, but you don’t need to be close to Riverside Drive to get started. With just your phone, sports betting, Caesars Rewards and all your deposits are always right there. We built the app so in-person and online activity connect easily. If you already have a Caesars Rewards number from casino visits, it’ll carry over – nice touch, especially when everything matches up under one account.
How to Download the App
Look up “Caesars Sportsbook Ontario” when you’re in the App Store or Google Play. Pay attention to who developed it – it should be Caesars Entertainment, and the page should link back to caesarswindsorcanada.com, not some copycat. If you can’t find the app in Google Play, skip random APK files and head straight for caesarswindsorcanada.com/sportsbook-and-casino/on/get-the-app. That’s the direct route for Ontario users, and you don’t have to mess around with other downloads.
Setting Up Your Account
| Detail | Info |
| Login | Email & password or Caesars Rewards |
| ID check | May ask for government photo ID |
| Rewards link | Add Rewards number when registering |
| Support | Call 800-991-7777 |
Placing Bets in the App
The Sports tab is the heart of the app. Pick by sport or date, tap through to the game, and select your bet type (moneyline, spread, totals – it all works). Once you’ve made your pick, you’ll see it on your bet slip. Set your stake in CAD, check potential payout, confirm – pretty quick. Everything you settle and all open bets are listed together in My Bets. Give yourself a minute with the spread line before your first wager, especially if you’re new to that.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Depositing is built in – just tap Account, then Deposit. The app will show current payment options once you’re ready, and these can shift, so always check in. Canadian dollars throughout, obviously. When you withdraw, the process starts with Cashout, lives right inside your account menu. How long things take depends on the payment method. Need help? Support is at 800-991-7777. French service is easy to get – dial 9 after you connect.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Managing your play matters. You’ll spot self-exclusion and deposit limit features either in your Account Settings or the Responsible Gaming section, depending how you navigate. It makes sense to set up boundaries early, not after trouble starts.
For extra support in Ontario, you can call ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600). Caesars Windsor has the on-site PlaySmart Centre (519-977-0440). Our responsible gaming specialist is also available at 519-258-7878, extension 22336, or by email at [email protected].
